With a background as a professional tennis player and a degree in Nursing and Psychology, I bring both athletic discipline and deep knowledge of the human body into every coaching session.
I’ve competed in bodybuilding shows earning 1st place in Bikini and two 1st place in Wellness categories and I’m passionate about showing women what’s truly possible when you combine body movement with mindful eating.
